Boot Camp Classes
These classes are one hour in duration and focus on mobility, functional fitness, strength, conditioning, body mechanics and confidence building. Come and lose body fat while gaining muscle with a certified professional who wants nothing more than you to succeed.
This class is for all fitness levels and goals. Classes stay small so that you can get the individualized attention you need and so we can modify your workout intensity to fit your needs.
Cost is $125 per month and includes 3 workouts per week. We have several class options and subscription is month to month. Evening and early morning groups are available to work around any schedule
