COVID 19 COACHING
The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus has hit most of us very hard. During these very
stressful times it is more important than ever to remain active for both our physical and mental well being.
Physically we must remain active so that we stay at low risk for things like type 2
diabetes and high blood pressure. Working out and developing lean muscle will also Aide fat loss and increase our bone density.
Mentally we must remain active because it will help us to have more energy and
better sleep. Working out releases endorphins that can help you feel happier, more
alert, less stressed and less anxious. With gyms shutting down, I know that it is really easy to feel discouraged because you feel like your recourses are limited. I would love to help you stay healthy through online coaching. Online workouts will be customized to your level of experience, your time and your equipment. Whether you are an advanced lifter with his/her own garage gym, a beginner with zero equipment or somewhere in between, I can help.
